Safety Guide

We are taking additional steps in our studio procedures, including the option to offer contactless, self-service photography, social distancing, and additional safety and cleaning steps to help protect and support our studio staff.

Etiquettes

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Please respect the value and integrity of people and property.

  • Please respect our neighbors and keep the sound level down. (Other businesses and residents occupy this building.)

  • Please keep track of time when starting and finishing our session.

  • Kindly return props and equipment to it’s original place.

  • Please be considerate of the space and keep it tidy when wrapping up your session.

By Renting Blank Space Studio for any purpose, you agree to follow our terms and conditions.

Studio regulations:

  • No open flames allowed in the studio at anytime.

  • Avoid any damage to props, structures, or equipment within the studio. Clients are held liable for mistreatment or destruction of studio property.

  • Avoid use of messy or hard to clean props (ex: glitter), liquids, or food within the studio. Any excessive mess/litter may result in client paying for a cleaning fee.

  • Avoid eating or drinking inside the studio.

 

Booking/renting:

  • Please arrive at scheduled time of booking any lost time due to being late  will not be refunded. 

  • Avoid exceeding time beyond the agreed time of use, any excessive time used may be added as an extra charge to the client.

  • Keep note that Blank Space Studio is very strict on schedule in courtesy to other client's times/bookings.

 

Equipment usage:

  • Equipment is free to use during studio time (lights, background, tripods, etc.)

  • Please report any damaged or broken equipment before use.

  • All equipment is checked after each booking and any damaged or broken items used or touched during the booking may result in a monetary charge to the client.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Any cancellations must me made 24 hours prior to the booking. Any cancellations made afterwards will not be refunded.
